Bandy – House
Bandy – House
This is a fictional co-living project developed using computational design and 3D printing, focused on community and spatial flexibility. It brings together four distinct user profiles whose lifestyles and daily rhythms directly shape the spatial organization of the house. A family with a child requires stability and functional domestic spaces; a young couple with pets needs calm and adaptable environments; a divorced resident hosting his child on weekends requires flexible semi-private areas; and a group of friends seeks a more dynamic and socially active lifestyle centered around shared spaces.
All residents share a common connection to gastronomy, including chefs, pastry makers, grill specialists, critics, and sommeliers. This shared interest reinforces the identity of the project, where cooking, tasting, and gathering become central social activities.
The house is organized around a strong communal core that supports interaction, collaboration, and shared culinary experiences. Private spaces branch out from this center, offering each resident a balance between individuality and community, while maintaining a continuous relationship with the collective kitchen and dining areas.
